If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LilyMe shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Placing an Order
To place an order on LilyMe.com, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.LilyMe.com. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Charges
We ship USPS and FEDEX insured and offer 11 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping options and prices depend on your delivery adress and are available at the time of order in the Cart and Checkout process.
Orders Outside the Contiguous United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please email us (Contact@lilyme.com) for prices for these shipments. You will be quoted a price for expedited service, which will depend on the country of destination. You are the importer of record, and are responsible for duties, fees and taxes due to the country of destination. By placing your order, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations in effect in the country where the shipment is received.
Delivery Time
We use reasonable efforts to ship all orders within five to ten business days from when you place your order.
If you would like to request a rush order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at Contact@lilyme.com. We will attempt to accommodate you. If an item is not available for rush delivery, we'll let you know promptly. LilyMe cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment..
Order Tracking
Once an order is completed successfully; our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail receipt with your order information. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow the specified time frame next to the product description for the arrival of your order.
Methods of Payment
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To process via PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal for payment, once your order is placed. You do not need a PayPal account to process a transaction. Please ensure that payments are made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made. Coupon Codes
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this Site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. Once you enter it, click “Apply” and your discount will automatically be calculated.

Custom Orders for Special Occasions
We frequently work with customers on private commissions for weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. We also work with companies for companies gifts. Please contact us at Contact@lilyme.comfor all your special orders and we will be happy to provide you with our advices and with quotations.
Jewelry Care
Jewelry should always be treated with care and respect for the materials' natural tendencies. Periodic cleaning with very mild soapy water (lukewarm or cool) and polishing with a soft cloth will help keep your jewelry beautiful for years. Heavy wear, rough handling, chemical cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water or abrasives will negatively affect the appearance of all jewelry.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver tarnishes and may be cleaned with a soft silver polishing cloth. Maintain its luster by periodically washing in warm soapy water and drying with a soft, clean cloth.
Plated Gold
LilyMe uses 18-karat (18k) plated gold. It may be cleaned with a soft silver polishing cloth. Maintain its luster by periodically washing in warm soapy water and drying with a soft, clean cloth.
Guarantee
We fully guarantee our jewelry. We value your business and will repair your piece if it breaks within 14 days from purchase date, free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, the piece can be exchanged for another item of the same price.
Bracelets and necklaces cords can be changed after this date for a nominal fee of 10$ for the bracelets and 15$ for the necklaces. Please email us at Contact@lilyme.com for more details.
We have made every effort to present accurate colors and additional specifications. However, due to variations in numerous settings on monitors we cannot guarantee the colors displayed are the exact colors of the items. If there is any question as to the color or other details of a particular piece please feel free to contact us for additional information.
Orders Not Fulfilled
We keep an up to date stock but occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have in stock an item that you've ordered, we will contact you within 48 hours to see if you would like a substitution or just a cancellation.
